Shaun Horning, our President and CEO, started his career with Gastops as a co-op student from Carleton University in 1994. At Gastops we are committed to the health, well-being and safety within our workplace for our employees and customers. Our manufacturing operations continue to operate with additional safety measures ensuring we provide uninterrupted services to our customers. We remain dedicated to maintaining our high safety standard and have implemented additional health and safety policies.
Our employees are the heart of who we are and we carefully follow guidelines provided by health officials, Federal, Provincial, and local governments, and Health Canada to ensure we support them in their work environment. Over the past months, we have implemented additional measures at our facilities to protect the health of our employees and customers, including:
· Suspension of all business travel
· Restricting visitor access
· Enabling work from home for all non-essential employees
· Necessitating employees who are experiencing symptoms of illness to stay home
· Assuring proper social distancing
· Mandatory mask wearing
