Our Policy
GasTOPS is a leading provider of machinery condition assessment and control products and services that wishes to be known for excellence. We show respect for ourselves and for our customers when we strive for the best possible. It is our policy to maintain and improve a cost-effective and disciplined quality program which assures consistently high performance against standards of design, material and workmanship for all of our products and services. Our quality program includes adherence to delivery schedules and responsiveness to all with whom we have relationships. Nothing less will serve our purpose.
Our Program
GasTOPS has established and maintains an effective and economical quality system, planned and developed in conjunction with other business functions to satisfy specific customer requirements and to ensure that our products and services are provided defect free and on time.
Our corporate Quality Management System (QMS) for our head office in Ottawa, Ontario is certified to AS9100 and ISO 9001:2008.
GasTOPS’ Integrated Health Monitoring (IHM) facilities at 12 Wing Shearwater, Nova Scotia and 443 Maritime Helicopter Squadron Pat Bay, British Columbia are also fully accredited Aircraft Maintenance Organizations.
Our new Service Center in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, which includes our component repair and overhaul operations, is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
