Board Appointment

Ottawa, Canada (January 12, 2010): GasTOPS is pleased to announce the appointment of François Beaudoin as Chairman of its Board of Directors. Mr. Beaudoin is a Senior Advisor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Montreal and member of several corporate boards.

Mr. Beaudoin is a career banker who was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Business Development Bank of Canada and held several executive positions in Quebec and Ontario at the Bank of Montreal.

Active in his community, Mr. Beaudoin is Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Quebec Bar and is past Chairman of the Quebec Chapter of the World Presidents Organization. He is Chairman of the Raoul-Dandurand Chair at the Université du Québec à Montréal and Secretary of St. Mary’s Hospital Board of Governors.

Mr. Beaudoin holds an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.B.A from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales.
